The full time Building Superintendent for the Florence County Library System is responsible for maintenance and repair of library facilities and equipment, including the main Florence library, 5 library branches, and Bookmobile. They will monitor and service HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, and other systems, supervising work by vendors and contractors when necessary.
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. It will remain open until filled.
